"The first annual Indian River SUP Rally is a charity race featuring classes for all ages and abilities. There will be both an elite race as well as a recreational and children's race. The course will be technical around buoys in the beautiful Indian River Lagoon located directly in front of the River Palms Resort, Jensen Beach, FL. The venue offers ample viewing area for spectators.

Hosted by The Flying Fish Paddle Sports, proceeds from the race benefit the Children's Activity Fund (CAF) for Suncoast Mental Health Center. The CAF provides financial assistance for low-income clients to participate in extracurricular and community sponsored activities. Studies show that children involved in extracurricular activities outside the home, show an increase in self-esteem, improved symptoms of depression and anxiety, and develop a sense of belonging. Suncoast strives to provide financial assistance so that children are able to participate in these types of activities thereby enhancing the benefits of their therapy."
