"Adult Volunteer Program for people ages 16 and up. Our Junior Volunteer Program is for people 12-15 years of age and requires an adult supervisor (18 or older, parent or guardian) working side-by-side.

We require attendance at our Volunteer Orientation to begin your experience with us. At the orientation, we explain who we are, our policies and the various volunteer opportunities. The Martin Health Auxiliary is one of the largest auxiliaries in the state of Florida, and has:

Experience Works operates the Corporation of National and Community Service funded program in St Lucie County. A part of Senior Corps, RSVP is America’s largest volunteer network for people 55 and older, with more than 300,000 volunteers impacting communities nationwide. RSVP volunteers choose where they want to volunteer, along with the type of work and number of hours. They also receive insurance for the time they are volunteering and are recognized for their service through annual volunteer appreciation luncheons.

Volunteer Receptionist Needed at the Treasure Coast Food Bank
Flexible hours. “The Treasure Coast Food Bank is seeking dedicated volunteers to help manage the front reception desk. This volunteer position will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties as assigned, including greeting guest, answering phones and handling company inquiries. Training for this position will be provided.

General office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Volunteer times are flexible during these hours, however we ask that you commit to the days and times set in order to assure proper coverage. This position as the "Face of First Impressions" requires clear communication, the ability to multi-task and must provide a friendly smile to those we serve. Candidate should be at least 18 years of age or older for this volunteer position. Volunteer at the Hobe Sound Nature Center
The Hobe Sound Nature Center is a private, non-profit organization located at the Hobe Sound Nature Wildlife Refuge.

Animal Care: Care, maintenance and handling of education animals. Volunteers needed 9AM – 12PM, Monday to Friday. Museum Docent: Greeting visitors, answering questions, and gift shop duties. Volunteers needed 9AM – 12PM, 12PM – 3PM or all day.
